Newly registered members or existing members enter the expo with admission ticket within exhibition period, scan the designated QR Code on-site, and fill in information for verification, will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw and may win the huge prizes!

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Participants must meet all of the following conditions: (i) Must register as Foodie Buddy Club members and (ii) Enter the expo with physical ticket or e-ticket during exhibition period (iii) Scan designated QR codes on-site and fill in information for verification (iv) Aged 11 or above.
2. Each participant may only win once.
3. The lucky draw registration period is from 8/10/2024 to 28/12/2024 19:00. Participation time is according to the system time of the Hongkong-Asia Exhibition (Holdings) Ltd. (hereafter named as “the Organizer). Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Name of participant on the raffle ticket must be identical to that as shown on HKID card. HKID card must be presented for verification when redeeming the prize.
5. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate. Changes for submitted information are not accepted. If the winner’s information is incorrect, participant will be disqualified.
6. The list of winners will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 27 February 2025. The result will also be announced on our official website. (www.megashow-expo.com.hk)
7. Winners will be notified by email and phone, within 7 days of the day of the draw. Those who have not received any notification will be deemed as they have not won. If the Organizer fails to contact the winners within 7 days, the winners’ prizes will be forfeited. No postal delivery of the prizes to the winners will be arranged.
8. Winner aged below 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian for prize redemption. Parent/guardian must present proves of their identity such as, underaged winner’s birth certificate, legal documents of the guardian’s identity, etc.
9. The Organizer will not arrange the delivery of the prize through postal or other delivery services. Winners must go to the Organizer to redeem their prizes in person. If winners are not able to redeem the prizes within the time and place designated, winners will be deemed to have given up their prizes and their right to collect them.
10. All prizes could not be exchanged in cash or in kind.
11. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality, marketability or fitness for a particular purpose of the prizes.
12. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by anyone participating in this game or activity, and cannot require the Organizer to compensate or make claims against the Organizer.
13. All collected personal data will be kept confidential. The organizer will use the data for the following purposes: (i) contacting winners, and (ii) verifying the identity of winners. With the participant's consent, the personal data may be used for future promotional purposes, receiving relevant membership information, and special offers.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to use the names, images, and photographs of the winners for promotional and marketing purposes.
15. By participating in the lucky draw, participants are deemed to agree to fully comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
16. In case of any disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.
